[pbmserv] Broadcast from alchemist via PBM Server

Werewolf game 107 will be starting in about 3 1/2 hours (around 10:30
eastern US time). If you've not played werewolf before, today might be
a great day to try it out!  This time our alias theme is "heavy metal
bands."

As a quick reference, the werewolf join command is :

werewolf join 107 my_name my_password my_alias

where you replace my_* with the appropriate information.
