Whoo hoo!  we're making progress (on the legal front...)

On the programming front, I've started to play with the cathedral.*
structures on gamerz....

    Subject: fetch cathedral.h cathedral.cpp

to see how it goes.  Essentially, my plan is to adopt the notation
proposed by the cathedral-game.co.nz site.  represent it as

Somewhere will be a list of pieces each player has yet to place.
and when a piece is captured, it is given back to the original
player to place again later, if they wish/can.
