I have one posse member who has twice failed a guts roll and picked up 
a phobia. The first was when the group fought a massive Glom (Dozens of 
bodies) so the guy's afraid of skeletons. Then he fails a roll when 
encountering a Hangin' Judge, so he's now afraid of motorcyclists in 
black helmets.

The Comic Book character Ghost Rider has been suggested as his nemesis.
