Well, I was gonna suggest Las Cucarachas but was beaten to it.  Also,
someone mentioned the "Dark Teller" which I thought was a cool Idea.  The
problem is since I don't think Las Cucarachas was completely statted out.  I
heard two versions:   Grande and muchos.  Think of a group of Giant
Cockroaches or a huge swarm of little ones.   Maybe mix in the two.  You can
create them from "Monsters, Muties, and Miscreants" by using swarm, hive
mind probably and bolts o doom (Mirv, etc.)   If the Cyborg has 5 grit, have
his fetter "hiccup" a bit and make it the warranty is about to go bad.
Nothing like a trip to "Deus Ex" to freak anyone out.
