Man, it was a long time I saw Looker. I vaguely recall the pistol. Hmmm,
I'd say you could make a junker stun gun that would do stun instead of
damage--the dice rolled indicate the time the victim is out. probably do
"wind" damage at first, then once the wind is knocked off, the remainder of
the dice is how long the victim is stunned. This is for use during combat
of course. For what the murderer was doing, maybe have some sort of
contested will roll of some sort. If the victim loses, he's automatically
stunned, no wind loss.
Of course, the problem with the looker gun is it would easy to
block--polarized glasses, fog or smoke, etc.
