After reading through the new junker
rules in Epitaph #4, I am slightly confused.
- Do
these new rules eliminate the need for Junker powers (i.e. Ammo, Flash
Gordon, Locomotion, ect...)?
- Do
these new rules eliminate the need for figuring frame sizes, slots, and
drain?
