But if thats true shouldn't a character lose spirit whenever they lose an 
arm?  I mean a stump is certainly a reminder of a missing arm, and its not 
even functional.  I could certainly understand spirit loss whenever you lose 
a limb, but it doesn't make sense that you only get it if you attempt to 
replace your lost limb.
