I'd say leave it a 15 point advantage because the guy has been on the road
for a long time, & agree to reverse the Ace & Joker effects.  My main reason
is the current Joker effects are just so vague in what it does (which I
:::LIKE!!:::::) that you could easily decide just how bad/good it is
depending on the suit rather than color.

Okay, how about:  Attached.  Your character is so in love with his car that
he has actually named it, & dreads being away from it for any length of
time.  Character must make a spirit check for every hour he is out of the
car, or must immediately go running back to "Martha."
