AI states that this power is needed for the device to
learn. This doesn't state that the brains power is
needed to remember so a mobile gunpod given
self-awareness but no skill could practice and
practice, eventually gaining skill through the
repetition just like a person. No Brains-related
storage space needed. If this is true, can a AI'ed
device with Brains plug in
skill slugs and learn from them? In other words, can
that mobile gunpod get a slug for shootin' and use it
like a learning manual? If so, I think the method
would be to use the slug's score while downloaded and
pay for each level ignoring this lower score until it
was equal thus not needing the crutch of the slug any
longer.
What do you think?

Also, it seems to me that power transfer from one
battery to another would/should be possible. How would
you do this?
