[HOE] Road Warrior +'s and -'s

Edges (+'s)

2 Wheeled Cavalier (+3) (thanks to my friend Rodger for this house rule)
Similiar to traditional Southern Cavalier (see The South), this negates -2
modifier when shooting from a motocycle. Although this is cumulative with
other edges ( Two fisted and Two Gun Kid) this could make for brilliant
comedy if doing a two guns while driving on a bumpy road.

Got's Wheels (+5) (also a house rule)
This allows people to learn an unfamiliar vehicle (within reason). Although
not as friendly as the gun and similiar weapon rule, this allows people to
buy up vehicle skills by 4 pts, instead of the normal 3. Note: it is
marshall's call as to how easy it is to learn the skills. Only knowing how
to drive a car doesn't make it easy to know how to drive a tank. But, if
you know how to drive a tank, it would be easier than driving a car
(automatic not stick).

Little old lady (or man) (+1)
Looks are definately decieving. In order to have this edge, you must be a
"Geezer." This allots a +2 to streetwise and persuasion when it comes to
dealing with older vet's of the wasted roads. Also, gives a +2 to driving
rolls because of more experience.

Hinderances (-'s)

Gear?! What gear?! (-3/-5)
Your driver learned to drive but only on Automatics. At -3, (s)he suffers
a -2 to all driving rolls done with a straight drive vehicle. At -5, it
would be wiser just to walk.

Leadfoot (-3)
You've got the need. The need for putting the peddle to the metal. Your
driver doesn't believe in the brake peddle for those hard to do moves and
goes all out and adds +2 MORE for every add'l 10 MPH

Sunday Driver (-3)
The exact opposite to leadfoot. Just because the roads are lawless expanses
of concrete and asphault, doesn't mean that a cop isn't hiding somewhere on
the road. Your driver gets a +2 difficulty to any driving dealing with
acceleration and chases. And a -2 to all persuasion or overawe attempts to
trying to be the driver in any situation.

I hope these help. Let me know on what I should work on. If they are too
weak, strengthen them and vice versa if too strong.

Peace
 C M Hylton
