Heh, i always try and make any new powers or backgrounds balanced, and i'd
like to think i did that with this one..There's no obvious "backlash" or
"corruption", but remember that your character has to down spook juice to
use any of these powers.after a few times using his new powers, he's gonna
have a nasty hankerin', as well as suffer the effects of alcohol poisoning.
Plus, he's not going to be the most sociable fellow.
