I skimmed the original, and my main concern is 'how does it fit?' I'm 
concerned that it would edge out the traditional 'Road Warrior' types 
by being  cheap power package... Even in HOE, where the power level is 
higher, I like to keep ABs somewhat rare.

A skinned down variant of this could be a useful knack-style ability. 
Perhaps allow the following limited abilities:
White: similar to the 'Leadfoot' ability on the previous post: a bonus 
to accelaration but only for one round.
Red: "Dude, Where's My Car?" Instantly knows the direction to go to the 
user's vehicle.
Blue: Similar to Cavalryman, possibly.
Legend: Ability to make the car break the laws of physics. Think the 
classic jump from the Blues Brothers.

I'd want to consider a 'corruption point' sytem for this, as well... 
Not as harsh as that used by Blood mages, vampires, and werewolves, but 
perhaps reflecting that the wielder is spending too much time with his 
vehicle instead of other humans...

Just to make sure it's known, this is my opinion, if your group enjoys 
it please don't let my ranting stop you, etc.
