Ugh, tell me about it. Tired of almost always getting one action
card, I wanted to raise my DL character's Quickness from 2d4 to 4d4.
Unfortunately, I was stuck at the 3d4 intermediate level for an
entire 3- or 4-session adventure. "Don't bother me, I'm communing
with the spirits again. Zzzzz." (That character had three deuces
during generation.)
