Incidentally, this makes it REALLY hard to damage anything that uses the vehicle
rules. I can see this for stuff like pistols and crossbows, but you'd think a
handful of gangers emptying assault rifles into a factory-standard Toyota would
slow it down more than it does. I don't have my books with me, but I seem to
recall that putting a burst of 5.56mm through a standard road tire at
point-blank range will not usually deflate it, and that seems odd, run-flat
tires or no.
