Not sure, but I think you're both wrong.  I ::THINK:: (ie: too lazy to look
it up) that small arms fire is reduced by half, then divided by ten.  Hmmm,
now that I think about it, that just sounds plain silly.  Maybe its tenth of
the original damage, then divide by the size.  No that's not right.... Ctrl,
Alt, U8.... no....  Now you're making me look things up... grumble,
grumble....


And of course, I can't find it.  Joey!!!!  You've got all the green books,
look it up for me!  (see, there's the great thing about having
underlings!!!)
