Making a passive sensor, one recieves a decrease in
cost to both slots and drain. You also modify slots
and drain with range of the sensor. For ease of
example, I'm making a Basic sight passive sensor with
a rating of 1d4 and a range of 100 yards.

(bs)basic sight: 1 slot
(r) rating: 1d4  1 slot
(p) Passive:  -25% slot, -50% Drain
(R) Range:   +100% slot, +100% Drain

So, which do I use:
1. ((bs+p)+R)+r= 2.5 slots, 2 drain
2. ((bs+R)+r)+p= 2.25 slots, 1.5 drain

I know that this can be seen as a negligable amount
but when there are bigger sensors or when coupled with
other powers it can begin to get crammed in a device.
