Then maybe I don't understand the whole debate taking place above. As
I recall - and it's been A WHILE since I read the Cyborg book, so I may
be WAAAAY off - the unfettered merit just lets the Manitou give the
borg "normal" harrowed powers like Ghost, or Unholy Reflexes, or what
have you and try for dominion again. It doesn't give the little guy an
out.
