Wait a sec'.  If you mean GM-run characters that act as members of the
posse, I'm with you all the way.  But if you mean GM-created and GM-
run characters as repeated plot-drivers or arch-nemeses, I see nothing
wrong with those!  In fact, without those, you've just got gangs of
orcs.
