I don't know what the official word is, but in my now-stalled HOE campaign, 
I was working on a mutated vampire who, when he fed on Doomsayers, not only 
drained Wind, but Strain as well. Of course, he'd then use these for his own 
abilities. Oh, and my vamp wouldn't be harmed by sunlight (thanks to the 
tolerance miracle; oh, to have seen the look on the posse's faces).
