If you can't play nice, kindly refrain from posting or unsubscribe. There
are no other alternatives.

Clint made suggestions -- and politely pointed out proper list etiquette
-- and now he is being maligned for it. Those of you who would do so
should seriously reconsider. Clint's contributions to this list and others
have been remarkably creative. If he is driven off by rude behavior
similar to what we've seen in this thread, we will all suffer for it.

It also make you look bad when you criticize the existing mores for a list
such as this. You are joining a community by participating, and you need
to accept the rules in order to get along.

You should also stop lobbing stones over fences and make constructive
suggestions, rather than simply complaining.

Stop the insults. Check your ego at the door. Continue constructive
discussion.

That's all there is to it.
