[HOE] Templar Roll Call! again...

I've gotten great responce to my Templar Roll Call. Thanks to all who
participated. I've collected 21 templar! 

I'd like to extend this to Anti-Templar now as well. 

So, any of you black tabbard wearing ladies and gents, I'd like to meet
you...

Any players with anti-templars, or marhsal who have anti-templar in their
posse or as NPCs, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me a little about
them.
