I had planned a Philadelphia Experiment scenario, too, though mine would 
just feature the surviving occupants of the vessel, not the Eldridge itself. 
(Side note: that adventure was also going to feature the Harrowed Jim 
Morrison.) For those interested, Dark*Matter's "Xenoforms" book has a neat 
monster who came about as a result of the Philadelphia Experiment. Check it 
out; there's a ton of neat critters in there that could be adapted to a 
Deadlands campaign.
