Also, I highly recommend "Of Aged Angels", by Monte Cook, from WotC's 
Dark*Matter line. Not only does it have a fair amount of Templars stuff in 
it, it's also an incredibly entertaining read with all sorts of crazy 
conspiratorial stuff in there.
