It's an old Bugs Bunny cartoon. He happens upon a couple of hillbilly crows
(Pappy and Elvis) and Pappy instructs Elvis to shoot Bugs, but only when he
counts to four (or, as he pronounces it, fo'). Then Bugs eventually gets
Elvis in a situation where he's got his gun in Bugs' rabbit hole, through
which he's run pipe to where Pappy does nothing but sit lazily. Pappy then
ends up saying "fo'" for various reasons ("Pappy, what come after three?"
"Fo', Elvis." *BLAM*/ "Elvis, you done shot yo' pappy. Whad'ja go an' do
that fo'? *BLAM*"). It's funny.
