I agree,
  The two main books are really all that is needed, you can get by with only the Rule book if you're feeling purty imaginative and have enough Post-apocalyptic fervor (I dunno, but the best bad guys almost always are home-grown).

By the way guys, who are the BEST villains you've run?  I'd like to know, especially if any of you were able to really make some of the book bad guys good 'n MEAN.
