A doomsayer initiate is working on his skills with the atom and is becoming
part of an organization. that puts him out of the running. If he's already a
trained syker, he won't be able to grasp the atom, his mind has already been
hardwired to channel energy in a different way. A junker could be come a
doomsayer, and would have to go trough the initiate phase is a junker wanted to
become a doomsayer after play began. Unless they completly give up developing
their junker abilities and focus entily on the atom, their doomsayer powers
would never surpass their junker powers (they've been working on the tech-shaman
thing much longer).
But a greenie syker would work fine with anything. their syker powers are
"natural" with no training.
They also mention in "The Junkman Cometh" that you could have a
Huckster/Junker. Personally, I'd do the averaging with this cobination also,
even with the penalties hucksters suffer in HoE.
what about the half power
backgrounds like initaite doomsayer or greenie syker
couldent it also be
combined to things like junker or huckster or templar
