When I created the "foozle" at the end of the Unity, I had the number 15 in my head and loaded it up with powers to finish off any player characters brazen enough to try and finish my adventure. ;) I should have made it 14, but truth be told, there were more than just 15 sykers left on the Unity when the rest left. Some were dead and dying, others were unconscious, etc. So let's just pretend one of them managed to live and eventually got "assimilated." ;) That sounds better than "Oops!", doesn't it? ;)
