[HOE] A Question about Negate...

Another question from our GM...

"The Syker power Negate: Will it only negate a power that's already coming (like Brain Blast), or can it effect a defensive ability like Forcefield or Molecular Cohesion?"

He wants to put some fear into the Doomsayer, obviously.

Luckily, I'm playing the Former Black Hat who had absolutely no powers...
