Wow! It takes 30 minutes for your computer to load Word and Adobe? Sounds
like someone needs a new computer bad! ;)

Seriously, I'm sorry to hear that. I've always been easily frustrated with
computers (which makes one wonder why I'm a sysadmin...) so I know how
annoying stuff like that can be.
