Re: [HOE] Trigger mod questions
I'm not familiar with Gun of Quality as a game-term, but just by the name,
I'd think it included the Hair Trigger and Set Trigger, which are things
that happen to high quality firearms (this time defining quality as having
been thoroughly gone over by a gunsmith, or built very carefully by hand by
a skilled craftsman). I could see the justification of a Marshal deciding
this was so if he didn't like the way the rules do work...
