[HOE] Trigger mod questions

The Weird West book Law Dogs has a list of gun modifications, including among
others Hair Trigger (which reduces the amount of pull needed to fire) and Set
Trigger (which gives a "smoother" pull action), both of which give +1 to
accuracy. Could someone who knows about gun hardware tell me if these two are
compatible with each other and if they are applicable to modern weapons, as
opposed to late 1800's weaponry?

I'm having this sick notion of a Gun of Quality with a Hair Trigger, a Set
Trigger and a laser sight that has an automatic +5 to hit. :)
