[HOE] Some questions

hey all...i got one big one that one of my players asked me about 
tonight....Dirk i could really use your help on this one too...but my Templar 
wants what Matt Lablanc had in Lost in Space...that helmet thingy....i 
already said it was gonna have to be junker tech..and i said just a modified 
Battle suit helmet..but i guess he wants it like the necklace he has....so 
thats one

and for two.....Spoilers for Dirk and if Mark gets on this List today him

Ok has anyother marshall tried to make the Anti-Templars out to be really bad 
guys? cause i play one in a campain...but im my game im making them EVIL! and 
im taking the two most evil people them and the Combine and making an unholy 
alliance....and ideas/suggestions/comments?? anything would be appreciated
