[HOE] Vamoosin' WAS: Deflections

My group agreed and we changed the rule. You have to declare your dodge
before any rolls are made.
Ex: Marshal: "He points his SA pistol at you and fires..."
"I'll dodge."
-or-
"He points his SA pistol at you and fires..."
"Ok."
"... he <rolling> hits you with a 6."
"Hmm... I should dodge."
"Yeah, too bad you didn't think of that sooner."

Of course we all know the rule so the second case doesn't really happen
(usually it's more like "Dang it! I shoulda dodged! F-you, you F-ing F of
a Marshal!" :)
