As far as name goes they could have easily re-named it (Istanbul WAS
Constantinople after all, and pleese donut ping mee one mespeling ite ;)
As for the bonuses I'd lean toward yes because in other source books (like
Fire and Brimstone for Deadlands and... City o' Gloom) they say
specifically when an item uses faith:[something specific]. So if it just
says "faith" then I'd say any faith would do. You just have to have faith
in something.
