The reason Harrowed take the higher wound modifiers is because they
represent damage so extensive that their body doesn't move right; not
because of any sort of feeling.  They're aware of what damage they've
taken, but not enough to even distract them.  Likewise, I apply those
same penalties to walkin' dead (when I even bother to apply wound
penalties to grunts) and harrowed with the manitou in control.
