[HOE] Templar Festival

hey all im planning on my game having a new turn...the templars are holding a 
small festival, and feast....it will contain jousting and sword 
fighting...along with some other events that i havent thought of yet...but 
one for sure wont happen is accuracy shooting...with the ammo being 
scarce...i dont think no body would think to waste it..so im trying to think 
of other ideas...if any one else has any let me know...thanks
