Spoiler space.
If you're in the [Deadlands-Arizona2094] pbem go away, otherwise read on.

My char. in the pbem is young martial artist. He has a fairly
useless mutation: A third eye in his forehead. It's always blood-shot and
he can't really see out of it (everything's blurry). Basically I drew the
"telltale signs of mutation" mutation for my black joker and "hunted"
for my VotWW and the marshal let me run with it.
So his settlement was attacked by green-robes and he and a few
others were taken hostage. They weren't sure what to do with him. Some
thought he was the harbinger (not that he knew what that was), others that
he was just some random mutant. Finally one of the younger green-robes
decided to end the debate by rad-blasting him. But the shot had no effect
(he's also got 5 levels of rad-tolerant).
This, needless to say, freaked out the green-robes who decided to
take him back to Silas for "judgement". Well during the return trip the
band was attacked by purple robes and Seven (my char.) escaped. But not
before a purple robe saw him (but couldn't get to him).
So now he's got both sects of doomies hunting him because they
think he's the harbinger. He also hunts them because they've made his life
hell and killed all his family and friends.
That's what I did for my background anyway. How much the marshal
decides to from that is up to him.
