[HOE] Ongoing story line [SHANE]

Whilst I like the concept of the unfolding, ongoing story line
(I enjoyed trying to guess at the whole DL->HOE big secret a whole heap)
it has caused me a few headaches, and I'm hoping someone out there can
suggest me a way out of the problem I have.

The point form, short version of my problem is this:
- I have a group of players who started out playing DLs
- they did the Road to Hell stuff and with the exception of 1
character (who did a Prisoner of Ice going back in time to save
himself and the others sort of thing (except he stayed behind))
they all went to HOE to escape Stone.
- I want to eventually get them to LC, preferably using canon storyline.
- In order to do the canon storyline it would seem I have to have
the events in the Boise Horror adventure occur.
- My players met an Anti Templar before I got hold of the Boise Horror
and decided he was cool, and that they wanted to learn stuff from him.
- I now have 2 Anti-Templar PCs
- this makes it real difficult to run the PCs through the Boise Horror

Do I just say that the events that occur in the Boise Horror happen to
other people?
If I do, are there likely to be any long term ramifications of doing this
or (more likely) having 2 Anti Templars in the party?

Do I try to set up some sort of situation where the Anti-Templar PCs learn
the error of their ways and become Templars?
(This is going to be complex, the Harrowed come Cyborg come Anti Templar
School Mistress whose brother has been turned into an automaton nearly
topped herself 2 sessions back for the death and misery that she had
brought upon the world (okay maybe I should have expected that) and it
will require gentle prodding. The horrific realisation that she is thrice
damned will probably be the final tap on the final nail in the suicide
coffin)

Have I overlooked something that allows for Anti-Templars to participate
in the Boise Horror adventure without too much dicking about?

I must admit I haven't read it since I bought it, and that was a light
read through before sitting in the corner and banging my head against the
wall repeatedly...
