You can't fire all of those rounds from the same gun. Different models of the
Desert Eagle are chambered for different types of ammo. You can have a .357
Magnum Desert Eagle and a .50 Action Express Desert Eagle, but not both in the
same gun. I have read that it's quick and easy to swap out the .44 Magnum and
.50AE barrels, but you wouldn't want to try it in combat.

To the best of my knowledge, it's not really possible to fire multiple sizes of
ammo from a single barrel. The Ruger Redhawk (listed in Wasted West as firing
either .357 Magnum or .38 Special) is a real gun, but it doesn't actually do
that; I think the real weapon is chambered for .44M, but I may be wrong.
