I dunno. I like the idea (maybe both "The Natural" and "I'm Normal" could
fall under Mundane Backgrounds). But 25pts. seems like a LOT to give. With
The Natural it's a nice little edge, but not so powerful that every
mundane is going to buy it (if you want to be a two-fisted, level-headed
gunfighter then you're better off not taking "The Natural"). But with "I'm
Normal" it seems like you'd be nuts NOT to take it (25 skill points for 3
edge points? Sign me up). It would also put the skill level of mundanes
WAY above arcanes, excessively so it seems to me. 

How did you arrive at 25pts? I'd have thought 15pts (from VotWW) would
have been the natural amount...
