Well, I like it (and I, too, remember this Edge from SOMEWHERE), but I think
3 points is a little much for it.  Perhaps 2 points, or maybe even a
variable cost with the bonus being equal to the number of points you pump
into it (to a max of probably 3 to avoid near-automatic success).
