Hmm... This never came up. I guess it's because vehicles tend not to last
very long in our campaign (Bob's seen road warrior WAY too many times :)
I'd be inclined to give him a break, but also make him get a fairly basic
vehicle. Upgrades would have to come later like everyone else.

Again this never came up, but I'd say they can only have a 1 in their
arcane skill (faith for toxic shamans, etc.) and their AB would only cost
1 pt. (instead of 3).

Bob disallowed the soldier edge as it goes along with VotWW. The main
point was that he didn't want char. that had a lot of experience with the
wasted west. My gunslinger, for example, is just now trying to figure out
how you take apart and clean a gun.
