Re: [HOE] Check out Greg's Weird Wild West!
I've heard this,
When we were designing our storefront, we ran into the same problem
with Netscape. There were two ways we found to best fix the dual
requirements of appeasing backwater netscape users. Netscape, by the way,
is very finicky about what html codes it will actually accept. Anyway, for
our pictures, we just had to recode everything, so that Netscape would see
them, which was easy enough, considering, that anything Netscape will view,
Explorer will too. But the dang scroll bars and drop menus, became such a
bitch to fix, we finally just created autoforward pages, that sent Netscape
users to a page that would cater to them......BLAH....
