I was looking all through my books yesterday but couldn't find it anywhere... Are there any special rules for traditional shamans performing rituals or requesting favors in HOE? I saw there were some rules for the Sioux Nations (+2 bonus on ritual rolls) and then something else about the toxic spirits in the Confederation, but what about the rest of the Wasted West?
