OK... Seeing as I threw a Horse-Sized Cybernetic Pikachu at my group, this
is understandable. (They ended up just letting the Syker roll REALLY high,
and have him create a BLUE Fireball. Bloody 47 on his Blastin' Roll, and
then a 85 on Damage!!! And, yes, I was right in front of him, going, "You
have GOT to be kidding me!!!").

It's the ultimate Bug Swatter!!! Gets rid of those pesky little annoyance
critters you can find in the Rascals, Varmits and Critters books, and the
Monsters, Muties and Misfits book. ;-)

Yep. Smack him upside the head, and tell him to bloody well MAKE a
flamethrower if that's what he wants!!!

OK, here's the proper technique. You grab him by the front of his shirt
with your off hand (90% of the time, this is your left), Drag him off his
feet, and start slapping with the palm and back him with your good hand.
Repeat slapping. This is known as the "Pimp Slap", and is very effective.

OR, you can GIVE him the backblast. Range of 10 yards, 1d4-2 damage.

>Oh, and what's the TN for Rocketman? Seems to be missing.

John Hopler, back in 99, stated that the TN is 5.

Good luck.
