From what I see of the ammo rules you can't build a warhead that small.
Espicially not with rocketman, the warhead minium damage calls for at least
a d20 so you'd have a much larger sized weapon than that, the math is flawed
and it won't work as planned. In order to have 4d20 backblast you have to
first have something that does at least 1d20 damage kind of hard not to.
