Nope. Dirty Deeds are how non-toxic shamans become Toxic Shamans.

Use Faith as the targeting skill, and give 'em 1d10 damage +1d10 for each
raise over the needed TN to hit.

Nope. Sometimes the military even sends you to where you want to go. :)

Nope. Damocles was staffed with the best and the brightest in order to
rebuild civilization. The mental changes and instability associated with
the Super Soldier program pretty knock them out of being acceptable.
