just an idea of some
new types of templar powers
these powers are designed for advanced templars and so have a prerequisite
usually one or two powers at a certain level or a certain number of levels
between them, a couple of examples from my twisted little mind follow.
please give feedback and thoughts. they are meant to be quite powerful, but
not overpowering.

Sword control
Spd. Vamoose
Prq. Celerity + Evade =>6
Does: allows templar to deflect bullets with blade
TN=opponents hit roll
Power adds 1 per level to roll

Bust Drop sword/deflect into friend
Fail no effect
Success get sword in way (acts as armour <see below> if damage gets through
the sword suffers -1die type of damage until resharpened)
+1 raise deflect bullet
+3 raises deflect bullet back at firer

AV of sword normal 4
+1 per level of relic
Energy swords melt bullets and can deflect energy attacks

May be performed as many time/round as templars Celerity

GR: templars sword becomes an energy weapon for the purposes of this power
but dosent melt bullets
(inspired by watching far too much star wars)


Dancing with the spirits
Speed 1round of concentration
Prq. inner strength + fury of the saints + Master at arms => 7
Does: allows the templar to summon up the spirits of swordsmen, good or bad
Gives the templar one extra level of fightin': Sword per level of the power

GR: the templar gets to add his faith to his fightin':sword rolls
(inspired by The Wizards first rule series of books by Terry goodkind)

Wings of Angels
Speed. 1 action then Simple actions
Prq. Guardian angel 4+ Speed 1+
Does. Allow the templar to make impossible leaps and jumps as if
carried/flying
Each level in the power allows the templar to add 5yards to his leap/jump
distance

GR: the templar gains the ability to fly
10MPH Flight speed, 500' Flight ceiling
(inspired by Neo in the matrix)

So waht do you folks think, any ideas for additional powers
