Well I'm a Math/Physics geek. So I like thinking about probabilities for
fun :)
Actually I was thinking about it because I'm in a pbem and I was at a
point where 10 was the TN for a lot of stuff in a row. I had a throwing of
4d10 and a quickness of 4d8 and I noticed I was getting slightly better
numbers over the long haul with the 4d8, so that got me thinking, etc.
Of course if you're trying to hit a number over 10 (or 6 for the d4/d6)
the higher die wins.
