[HOE] City o' Sin (Shane)

I'm really glad to see that the Lost Vegas book is back on the slate, and
that the HoE storyline is actually going to be moving along...
But I'm reminded of the Cardstock Cowboys situation.  Originally there
was going to be a Combine set and a Muties set (presumably to coincide
with City o' Sin).  Cybergames nixed everything after the Combine set. 
Now that PEG's on it's own again, are we gonna see any more Cardstock
Cowboy sets?
